Our Christmas in Pictures!

Feeling Happy
Hearing Basketball

Christmas was a wonderful and happy time in our house.

On Christmas Eve we had our traditional family dinner for just our little family of three.

Prime Rib
Yorkshire Pudding
Roasted Asparagus
Bread
Martinelli's Sparking Apple Cider
Lithuanian Torte Cake for dessert

Hubby cooks the meal and it is fabulous!!!

We opened gifts after dinner.

The Prince posing before the big open.

Playing Santa...

Jill gets to go first!

Then it was The Prince's turn!!

Then Hubby

Then Mama

The aftermath...

What do you do with all that paper??? You burn it of course!! Please ignore Hubby's shiny shorts (he LOVES those shorts~I don't).

Cookies for Santa and carrots for the reindeer.

Christmas morning came early...did Santa come?

YES HE DID!!!

Straight to work...

Jill was wore out!

Christmas evening had the family over for a lasagna dinner and presents. It was a fun time. Everyone was in a good mood and got along and there was no bickering or fighting!

Do you like my moustache?

I did pretty well in the gift department. I feel very blessed. I got the usual smelly girly things, books, clothes and movies but I also got some great new stuff for my kitchen.

The Prince enjoyed the rest of his vacation.

He Wii'd.

He played outside in the frigid cold weather.

Of course, he played and built Legos!

It was a fun and happy holiday spent with family and being thankful for the many blessings in our lives!

You all had a great holiday. Loved all the pictures. I had never seen the Tfal Sandwich maker that looks neat. I wanted to get a Kitchen Aid, but I didn't usually I get myself one big item. I skipped that this year.
The poor dog looks tired from it all. lol
Take care, Chrissie

I loved all the pictures of the family Christmas! The Prince looks like he had a blast.

I couldn't help laughing over your cookbook addiction. I have one...that it's it one. It's an old timers cookbook, the spine is shot, falling to pieces. Your in my thoughts dear one! (Hugs)Indigo

I'm beginning a cookbook collection. The most precious one I have is one given to me by my mother that she put together one chapter at a time which was the way they were selling them at a grocery store back then. She finished the last chapter the week I was born. It is old and falling almost apart. Spine is still holding though. I do love cookbooks. Your family pictures were great. I didn't know that Wii would become a verb but it has become one, hasn't it? The Prince had a memorable Christmas. I love all your new cookware. Now with a new kitchen you could have your own show.
